Route to entry for the competition is via a donation to the Alzheimer’s Society via justgiving.com/fundraising/cupcakeday-cakesbylexie. The entrant must also ‘Like’ the Cakes by Lexie Facebook page and comment ‘Done’ on the Cakes by Lexie Facebook post, dated 8th June 2020 to acknowledge your entry into the competition.

Only one entry will be accepted per person.

Closing date for entry will be 27th June 2020. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted, but donations can still be made.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

^Donations will be matched to a maximum of £100. If the target of £100 raised is not met, I will boost the total to £100 or match the donations, whichever is greater.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and I reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The prize must be redeemed by 31st December 2020

*The prize will consist of six cupcakes made to one of the flavours currently listed on the ‘Cake Menu’ (subject to the availability of ingredients at time of request). The design is to be discussed and agreed upon before baking commences.

The prize requires a minimum of two weeks’ notice to be delivered.

The prize will be delivered within 5 miles of HP22 7AA, otherwise collection can be arranged.

The winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter by 28th June 2020

The winner will be notified on the Cakes by Lexie Facebook page on 28th June 2020.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, I reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
