We chose Cakes by Lexie to do our wedding cake and we were really impressed with it. We wanted something a bit different and this went down really well. Lexie was lovely and listened to what we wanted and made it as stress free as possible for us on our special day. Would recommend Cakes by Lexie.

The Ferrero cake I had was the best cake ever. The texture, The look, The buttercream, The communication were all perfect! I really couldn't stop eating it and my guests said The same! I would highly recommend!

Lexie made my sons 10th Birthday cake and it was the best cake we’ve had. Her communication was amazing and she explained all my options and gave me some great ideas to get exactly what I wanted. She even delivered the cake to my door with full instructions how to store it and what was edible and what wasn’t. I would highly recommend Lexie and will definitely be using her again

Cannot recommend Lexie highly enough! Her designs are amazing and she was a pleasure to talk to as we worked on a design for my husband’s 40th birthday cake. I contacted Lexi on the off chance I could have a peaky blinders birthday cake. Lexi was extremely professional, catered to every need and just all round lovely. The cake was everything we asked for and more, and nothing was too much trouble. Lexi also delivered the cake to my door, explained about allergies and told me all the relevant information regarding the cake. It was an absolute show stopper. It was totally delicious too! We have used Cakes by Lexie for all our cakes over the years. All special occasions from new baby, 30th birthday grandparents birthdays, teacher thank yous, to my children's birthdays. Her attention to detail is amazing and we all get excited waiting to see what wonderful creation will arrive. Our favourite flavour cake is Lexie's wonderful chocolate orange, which I highly recommend. Lexie has made all three of my children's 1st birthday cakes and has listened to my random briefs and exceed my expectations every time. Lots of happy memories have been made with Lexie's cakes and I'd recommend her to everyone.

Lexie has made numerous cakes for us, 30th birthday, 60th birthday and baby shower cupcakes. The attention to detail is just amazing. She plans everything with full details that you approve before she starts and will tweak anything your not happy with. The cakes are always really moist and full of flavour. I wouldn't use anyone else for celebration cakes.

I have absolutely loved every single one of the cakes I've had from Cake by Lexie that have been made for special occasions over the years. The briefing stage, right through to dropping off the cake on the day is effortless. Lexie takes an idea from a couple of pics and transforms it into something amazing. Everyone always compliments not only how amazing they look, but how delicious they are too and it stays fresh for days. Lexie's attention to detail is unbelievable. I just loved the little nursery rhyme characters created for my sons 1st birthday and the Thomas the Tank engine scene for his 2nd birthday. Thanks!

Lexie, made our wedding day complete with our beautiful cake. Our three tier cake looked and tasted amazing. Cakes by Lexie is my absolute go to when I need a special cake or even just because I want something scrummy. From birthdays and christenings to baby showers and every occasion, I have had the most stupendous cakes. Lexie is not only very talented at her creations, but always adapting to my budget and the number of people I need to feed. Thank you Cakes by Lexie for my brother's amazing 30th birthday cake. I gave Lexie a really basic guide to what I wanted and she came up with a masterpiece! As a film buff, the cake was spot on for my brother and he loved it!

Lexie made a Peter Rabbit cake for our son’s christening and we were beyond thrilled. It tasted amazing and looked incredible on the day. I even kept the cake topper and used it on his 1st birthday cake 6 months later- it was still perfect. Would 100% recommend Lexie to make a cake for any occasion, she’s so talented and really cares!

Lexie's cakes are amazing. Not only are they delicious, but the attention to detail is really impressive and creative, no matter how weird the brief. "There's this band with a mascot called Eddie. I need him turned into a cake... "I need a drum kit...". Would highly recommend, she's brilliant.
