OPTIONS
The options listed below can be adapted for tiered cakes, novelty cakes, cupcakes and cake pops. Please let me know if you have any lifestyle requirements and I'll do my best to meet your needs. I also offer a range of 'free from' cake options, including gluten free, egg free and lactose free. Please note unless requested, all cakes contain eggs, milk and could contain traces of nuts.
VICTORIA SPONGE
Cake - Vanilla sponge layered with vanilla buttercream and your choice of preserve. Cupcake - Vanilla sponge filled with a secret preserve (of your choice) centre and topped with vanilla buttercream
CHOCOLATE SALTED CARAMEL CAKE
Cake - Chocolate sponge layered with salted caramel and/or chocolate buttercream and salted caramel. Cupcake - Chocolate sponge filled with a salted caramel centre and topped with chocolate or salted caramel buttercream
LEMON CAKE
Cake - Lemon sponge layered with lemon buttercream and lemon curd. Cupcake - Lemon sponge filled with a secret lemon curd centre and topped with lemon buttercream
LOTUS BISCOFF CAKE
Cake - Lotus Biscoff sponge layered with Lotus Biscoff buttercream. Cupcake - Lotus Biscoff sponge topped with Lotus Biscoff buttercream
MARBLE CAKE
Cake - Vanilla and chocolate sponge layered with vanilla and/or chocolate buttercream. Cupcake - Vanilla and chocolate sponge topped with vanilla or chocolate buttercream Option to choose flavours and colours.
MOCHA CAKE
Cake - Chocolate and coffee sponge layered with coffee buttercream. Cupcake - Chocolate and coffee sponge topped with coffee buttercream.
BANANA CAKE
Cake - Banana sponge layered with chocolate buttercream. Cupcake - Banana sponge filled with an optional secret centre of Nutella and topped with chocolate buttercream
RED VELVET CAKE
Cake - Chocolate sponge (coloured red) layered with a cream cheese buttercream frosting Cupcake - Chocolate sponge (coloured red) topped with a cream cheese buttercream frosting
CHOCOLATE MINT CAKE
Cake - Chocolate sponge layered with peppermint buttercream. Cupcake - Chocolate sponge topped with peppermint buttercream.
ORANGE AND HONEY CAKE
Cake - Orange and honey sponge layered with orange and honey buttercream. Cupcake - Orange and honey sponge topped with orange and honey buttercream.
MOJITO CAKE
Cake - Lime sponge infused with white rum layered with a lime and white rum buttercream. Cupcake - Lime sponge infused with white rum topped with a lime and white rum buttercream.
CARROT CAKE
Cake - Carrot cake baked with walnuts with a cream cheese buttercream frosting Cupcake - Carrot cake baked with walnuts topped with cream cheese buttercream frosting
